A group of people in a common working environment becomes a team that pulls together. "Playing" together creates a common "language" and bonds people, leading to new behavioural patterns. With exercises from the improvisational theater the participants learn how important it is to cooperate. A humorous attitude helps to de-escalate and leads to a greater productivity. Teams that laugh a lot, are more creative and efficient. The teamwork will improve and the efficiency increase.
